We have more than 100 years of combined experience in investment banking and offer a unique mix of capital-raising, compliance, digital development, marketing and entrepreneurship skills.
Several of our executives held senior positions at Bankers Trust Australia, an investment banking pioneer during the ‘80s and ‘90s.
Our executive team also includes several highly successful entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship educators who understand the nuances of start-ups and growth companies – and what it takes to scale them into globally significant ventures.

Rodney’s global transactional banking experience brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to the Enable Funding team.
His experience includes Bankers Trust as part of the Management Committee, Managed Derivatives and Trading Risk and was a Global Partner, including setup of New Zealand arm of Bankers Trust.
Founder and Senior Managing Director, Zurich Capital Markets started with funding from Private Equity partners the Murdoch and Packer families.
Board Member of AFMA - Australian Financial Markets Association, Founder H2OX Water Exchange.
Rod has a deep passion for skiing and has been a Director for Ski and Snowboard Australia and Director for Thredbo Race Club.
Will’s extensive career clearly positions him to lead the team into an exciting era of growth and expansion.
His early career specialised in Corporate Strategy and Finance, working across the globe for Alliance Boots and Viterra as a key member of their management team.
Will has led corporate strategic reviews for 40 billion pound per annum turnover business, developed joint ventures and commercialised new business opportunities and product.
Norm has strong commercial acumen; he co-established a health club network that grew to be the Australian market leader attracting $25m in private equity for national expansion.
CEO of Safeguard, a data-encryption venture whose parent was listed on the ASX.
Finance manager of a national independent finance company in capital equipment and aircraft financing, leasing, commercial mortgages, SMSF and business lending.
Ashley’s extensive stockbroking and investment banking experience spans over 30 years across capital markets, corporate finance and public company businesses.
His career includes: partner at stockbroker Hattersley Maxwell Noall, Executive Director at Australian Gilt Securities Ltd (Reporting Bond Dealer to the Reserve Bank of Australia), Senior Banker at Bankers Trust and Macquarie Bank, co-founding partner of Rand Merchant Bank Australia, Executive Chairman of Marine Produce Australia Ltd.
Greg established Compliance Australia, which has an enviable client list ranging from the largest full service banks through to boutique fund managers.
His prior experience includes Bankers Trust Australia across several roles, which included Regional Head of Compliance, Head of Administration, Head of Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer.
Greg’s role as an N.E.D. is to maintain Enable’s position as the most compliant CSEF platform globally now and into the future.
In 2003, Allana began her legal career with Minter Ellison in Adelaide. Post that, she spent two years working for a boutique legal firm in London where she gained international experience.
When returning to Adelaide in 2010, she joined Finlaysons and worked on behalf of some of Australia’s major banks and insolvency practitioners.
In 2015, Allana joined the Enable team (formerly ASSOB) as their Legal Counsel.
She has a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Hons).
A career in business spanning over 30 years which includes creating a 100-store franchise network, developing 10 startup businesses of his own, both big (in excess of 300 staff) and small.
Peter has also been a corporate strategy consultant to some of Australia’s largest companies and a tertiary educator to MBA students (across Swinburne and Chisholm, now Monash Universities).
These achievements have granted Peter a wealth of knowledge in working with innovative early stage businesses, according him first-hand experience in capital raising, working with and on Boards, mentoring, and business creation.
Rick’s background is in chartered accounting
in Sydney and London before moving into
banking and then financial advising in 1987.
He was appointed director and Head of
Financial Services at Coopers & Lybrand in
1992 before founding his own firm, Capel
& Associates in 2004 after the then PwC
practice was sold to the AMP in 2002. Since
then he has provided personal and family
advice to a range of high net worth clients
based in the Sydney CBD. In 2013 he merged
his practice with another firm and finally
exited in 2015.
Since then Rick has assisted
in the establishment of another two AFSL
operations and was Responsible Manager
during the establishment of Ignition Wealth,
a robo-advice company. Rick is particularly
interested in helping new Australian
innovation companies to emerge and grow
on the world stage.
